HOW TO ORDER ?
Decided you want to have your own custom line of clothing? Here are the simple steps you have to follow:
- Choose one of our custom products.
- Contact Anthrax customer service department by email or phone or Skype. In case you want to create your own design, we will supply you with the needed templates.
- Explain to us every idea you have about how you envision your clothes and your preferred colors.
- E-mail us every logo you want to be on your clothes including logo and sponsor logos.
- Study our sizing charts and prepare a list of sizes and athlete names.
- Supply us with a delivery address.
- Study the order review that we will send you and arrange the payment.
HOW TO PAY?
Worried about the way you will submit your payment? Don't be! You can pay your order by bank transfer or Paypal. In any case, you will receive an order review stating the total cost of your order and all the information for you to make the payment.
In order to start the process of the design and manufacture of a custom clothing line, we need you to confirm your order by payment.
An advance payment of the design fee is needed in order to have our designers prepare a design for you. After we produce the design that you desire, we are ready to move to the production phase. Since the products you are purchasing, are fully custom with your own designs ,all orders must be 100% payed before production begins.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY OWN DESIGN?
In case you are familiar with digital design or just want to give it a shot, you can supply us with your own ready to print design.
Before starting your own design, contact our customer service in order to get the correct templates. Our staff will provide guidelines and advice on how to create your own unique design.
In order to be able to create your own design, you need to have access to design software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw or similar software. Don't forget that your designs will have to be sent over to us in editable, layered format! Design files usually are quite big, so you can use any file sharing service, like www.wetransfer.com, to e-mail us your design!
Here is a checklist that you need to have in mind, before submitting your design. If your design doesn't follow the guidelines, you will have to fix it before submitting it.
- Your design file has to be a layered, editable design format. Files like .ai, .psd, and .pdf work best.
- Your design file should not be in a rasterised file format. Designs submitted in .jpg, .png or similar rasterised format are not accepted.
- Hand drawn or scanned documents are not accepted.
- The color mode of your design must be RGB. CMYK mode files are not accepted.
- Your design should not exceed 1 GB in size.
- The minimum resolution of your design should be 200 DPI and the size of our template should not be altered.
- The player names and numbers , for every player, need to be included in a separate layer each.
- Each design should be submitted in a single file. For example submitting a separate design file for each players is not accepted.
HOW LONG IS THE PRODUCTION TIME?
Following the design stage, the manufacture stage takes 10 to 12 working days. Fast huh?
Anthrax products are manufactured using the highest quality materials. The fabrics used are specially designed for sports activities. They allow the body to breathe while simultaneously absorbing humidity and directing it to the atmosphere.
In Anthrax we take great pride in our quick production and delivery times . The design process takes between 7 to 10 working days. After the design is finalized the manufacturing process begins that takes another 10 to 12 working days. After quality inspection the products are ready to ship to every part of the world. We ship our products through TNT express delivery. This service will reach everywhere in the world within 3 days, while it needs only 1 day to reach major European cities. For a more economic solution, you can request shipping by international post. Will take a bit longer but will be lighter on your wallet!
In case you are in a great hurry you can request an express delivery. In express delivery ,we will try and get the whole process done for you within or less than 10 working days. This comes at no extra cost for you but it depends on our production schedule. So if you really need it just ask for it!
HOW WILL THE PRODUCTS BE SHIPPED?
Anthrax products ship to every part of the world! For your shipping needs, we offer 2 different delivery methods:
- Standard post. This choise will not kill your wallet and will deliver your package in a week or so! Delivery times may vary though, for distant parts of the world!
- Express delivery. This service ensures delivery within one to three days to every part of the world. The shipping cost will be calculated (calculation based on order weight and location ) before your order goes out and you will be informed about out it. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so that you can monitor online the process of the delivery!
Our staff will gladly offer information and advice regarding customs control and import regulations of the country where you want the goods delivered.
Design & Customisation Process
Anthrax offers a fast and professional design service.
In case you don't have the time or the software to design your own clothing, we can do it for you. Our design department will need a short description of how you want your products to look like.We will also need your team logo in the highest resolution possible along with any sponsor logos you need to be on the clothing.
The design service package fee is 199 USD. Customers that purchase a design package are entitled to the design of any other product of our catalogue (only after they confirm their order on the items that they want to be designed). Customers will need to select a specific product for the initial design. Once the initial design is finalised, the rest of the products will be designed with a matching design (based on the initial design). Please note that our artists will create a unique custom design, based on images drawn from large data image galleries. Designs that require hand drawing, 3d rendering or other forms of art, are beyond the scope of this service .
The design process requires about ten working days for the first draft. Before finalizing the design, you will have plenty of chances to review it and make any changes according to your taste. Every change request will be completed within 2-3 working days. There is no limit to the times you can ask for corrections. We also offer a logo design service that costs 99 USD.
